While this topic can feel heavy, it’s one that deserves our attention- not from a place of fear, but from a place of care, connection, and understanding.


As a school psychologist, I’ve seen firsthand how early conversations about mental health can make a tremendous difference. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to start building emotional safety and resilience in our children.
